MY STORY BEGAN WITH A BREAKING POINT.
In my early twenties, I suffered from depressive moods, codependency patterns, and a deep sense of feeling lost. For a long time, I tried to escape what I was feeling rather than face it. My body felt heavy, my mind foggy, and underneath it all was the painful question: Why don’t I feel fulfilled?
That period became a turning point.
I began to understand that healing is never one-dimensional.
So I started exploring the many layers of wellbeing - physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.
Over the years, I learned how to better support my body, detox it, release emotional and physical tension, and reconnect with myself. I met practitioners and healers around the world and discovered approaches that brought body and mind back into conversation.
Slowly, things began to shift. But one of the biggest changes came when I found my way back to Yoga in Berlin, after years of distance from it.
A steady practice began to nourish me from within. I felt more grounded, more present, and more connected to myself. That experience inspired me to deepen my path and become a certified yoga teacher.
I went on to teach at Raum für Yoga in Mitte and Yoga Neukölln & Kreuzberg, and later brought yoga into the workplace through corporate classes at Funke Digital. During the pandemic, I also taught online yoga classes for Pamono.
Yoga became more than a practice for me. It became a way of understanding the body, regulating the nervous system, creating inner space, and returning to myself - and it remains an important part of the work I share today.
How one WhatsApp GROUP BECAME SOMETHING BIGGER
After several years of supporting clients with their physical health concerns, I wanted to bring people together so they could feel supported by one another, too.
I created a WhatsApp group and guided participants through five days of alkaline-focused eating. What stayed with me was the power of the group: people encouraged one another, stayed committed, and found connection through a shared goal.
Participants reported feeling lighter and more energized. Many began building everyday habits that helped them feel better beyond those five days.
Seeing their progress brought me so much joy that I continued offering the program in spring and autumn. From these shared experiences, the 21-Day NS & Stress Reset was born.
HOW MY 21-DAY PROGRAMS WERE BORN.
Coming from a background in the corporate world, I experienced firsthand how easily stress, pressure, long hours, and constant demands can become a normal way of living. I saw people around me pushing through exhaustion, putting themselves last, and slowly losing touch with the habits and routines that support their well-being.
After years of coaching people individually, I began asking myself a simple question: How can I support more people in a way that is practical, accessible, and realistic for everyday life?
I wanted to create something for people who know they need a change, but who may not have the time, energy, or space for an overwhelming transformation.
That is how the 21-day programs were born.
Each program focuses on one important area of well-being and breaks it down into small, manageable steps that can be integrated into real life. The intention is not to change everything at once, but to create awareness, build supportive habits, and help people experience what happens when they consistently give attention to one area of their health and well-being.
I chose 21 days because I wanted the programs to feel long enough to create momentum, while still feeling achievable.
At their heart, these programs are about making well-being simpler. They are designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin creating meaningful changes - one small step at a time.
